Restorative Yoga Pose # 1: Breathing in Reclining Position

Lie on your back. As you breathe in and release slowly, exhale through your mouth.

An excellent time to focus on breathing or to start meditation technique to open the heart chakra. You can use maybe a bolster or a stack of blankets

You can use this restorative pose to loosen your back and hips   For Support, you can use bolsters and sandbags

A blend of bolsters and rolled blankets can be placed on the lower back for support. This pose is done to loosen muscles located in the front of the hips, abdomen and chest.
